  MAJOR GENERAL PAUL ALAOWEI TOUN (Rtd.) - Chairman    
     
 

Major General Paul Alaowei Toun (Rtd) is the Chairman of the Company. He is a Fellow, Nigeria Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), Fellow, Institute of Professional Financial Managers, UK (FIPFM) and also Fellow, Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN). He holds PGD in Banking and Finance, Master in Business Administration (Management) and M.Sc. in Strategic Studies. 

Major Gen. P.A Toun commenced his career as a Military Officer with various appointments that spanned between 1975 and 2005, which includes Chief Pay Master, Commander-Command Finance Office, Apapa, Deputy-Director of Army Finance, among many others and he voluntarily retired as Director of Army Finance in December 2006. He has attended various courses both home and abroad between 1977 and 2004. Due to his astounding and excellent performance in the military, he has been accorded with honors and awards which includes; Corp Medal of Honor – (CMH), GSS – Grand Service Star, D.Lit. in Defence Economics, Military Budgeting and Accounting, amongst many others.

Major Gen. P.A Toun (Rtd) is a man who fears and respects God. He is a pastor, married with children and believes strongly in self development.

Engr. Towolawi is Fellow of Nigerian Society of Engineers and Former General Manager of Mandilas Enterprises Limited. Maj. Gen. E.O. Usiade is a Rtd Army General who served the Nigerian Army for 26 years in various capacitie. A man of immense accounting experience who served the Army in the capacity of Director of Army Finance and Account for (3) three years. Presently, he runs a private business in Lagos with considerable interest in manufacturing fishing and technology.

Mr. Anyalechi is a Chartered Accountant with many years of experience. He worked with Texaco Overseas and rose to the position of Chief Accountant before retiring as Chief Accountant in1996. Mr. Anyalechi currently runs a private Chartered Accountant Firm and he is also the Associate Pastor of Evangelical Pentecostal Church, Okota.

  
     
     
     
 
     
 

ADEGBAJU SOLOMON A. (B.SC, MBA, ANIM) - Managing Director

    
     
  Mr. Adegbaju is a graduate of economics from university of Ilorin, Kwara State and a holder of MBA management from Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State. He started his working career with a Chartered Accounting Firm of Olawale Akinyemi & Co as an Account Manager before joining City-Code Trust & Investment Co. Limited (Member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange) as an account officer in 1998 and within 3 years rose through the rank to the post of Branch Manager. He left to join Shalom Investment & Securities Limited as the pioneer General Manager/Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Adegbaju is an indigene of Osun State and has tremendous experience in stock broking and packaging of Government Bonds. He has attended various seminar and workshop on capital market.
