Shalom Investment and Securities Limited was incorporated on 16^th December, 1999 as a private Limited liability company to undertake capital market operations. The share capital at incorporation was N40 Million which is 100% owned by Nigerians, and with a re-capitalization to N80 Million in 2005.

The company is a member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and is dully licensed by both The Nigerian Stock Exchange and Securities and Exchange Commission to carry out capital market activities such as Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory Services, Purchase/Sale of Securities and Government Bonds, Pension Fund Management etc.

The company’s Head Office is strategically located on the 3^rd Floor of Investment House Annex, 21/25 Broad Street, Lagos and the Abuja Branch Office is located at Hilltop Plaza, 2nd Floor, Left Wing, Suite 30, By Kingscare Hospital, Wuse Zone 4, Abuja. Plans are on to open additional branches in other cities in order to be closer to our customers in other parts of Nigeria.

The company commenced operations in September 2001 and Trading on the Floor of The Nigerian Stock Exchange in April 2002.
